Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Nobound Buy-to-let Property Investment Calculator platform and related services ("Software"). By using our Software, you agree to these terms.

License Grant

Nobound grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for:

• Personal financial planning and property investment analysis
• Legitimate business purposes related to property investment
• Educational purposes to understand financial modeling

Permitted Uses

• Use the calculator for personal and business property investment decisions
• Save and export your own calculation results
• Share general insights derived from your calculations
• Use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Redistribute, sublicense, or sell access to the Software
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls
• Use the Software for illegal activities or financial fraud
• Provide financial advice to others without proper authorization

Intellectual Property

The Software, including its algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nobound retains all rights not expressly granted to you.

The Software incorporates various open-source libraries and components. Key dependencies include:

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

Nobound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Software, including but not limited to:

Updates and Modifications

We may update the Software and this license agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access for violations of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
